You confirm both at checkout before paying.Larry Menu is a digital licence. Your purchase gives you a single-use LM- code; running /redeemkey in our Discord permanently converts that code into a lifetime licence key tied to your account. Once a key is issued it can't be recalled, so that's the point where delivery is complete.
Until you redeem, nothing has really been handed over — so up to that point you can have your money back. The one exception is a wrong-platform purchase, which isn't refundable either way.
Consumers in the EU and UK normally get 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that right ends once delivery begins with your express consent. That's exactly what the tick-box at checkout is: you confirm your platform, ask for immediate delivery, and acknowledge that redeeming ends your right to cancel. We record that tick, with a timestamp, against your order.
If you tick it but don't redeem, you keep the full 14-day window described above. Nothing here affects rights you have if the product is faulty or not as described.
Larry Menu only runs on Gorilla Tag on Steam (Windows PC, flatscreen or PCVR via Link / Air Link / Virtual Desktop). It cannot run on a standalone Meta Quest headset.

The requirement is on the store page, in the FAQ, in a red warning directly above the buy buttons, and on a box you tick before you can pay. Buying for a platform we clearly say isn't supported isn't a fault with the product, so it isn't covered by the 14-day window above.
Open a ticket anyway. If you have (or can borrow) a Windows PC with Gorilla Tag on Steam, your key works there exactly as sold and we'll happily walk you through the setup — the key isn't wasted, it just needs the right machine.
Try support first — most problems are a missing BepInEx install or an antivirus quarantining the loader, and both take minutes to fix in a ticket. We troubleshoot these every day.
If your key genuinely can't be made to work on a supported PC and you've had no real use out of it, open a ticket and we'll look at it case by case. Faulty-product rights always stand, whatever this page says.
Larry Menu no longer sells subscriptions — it's a one-time lifetime purchase. Everyone who was ever on the old monthly plan was upgraded to lifetime at no cost and will not be charged again. If you believe you were charged after the switch, open a ticket and we'll refund it immediately.

A chargeback or dispute on a redeemed key permanently disables that key — it's banned automatically, the menu stops loading, and your Discord buyer role is removed. That's irreversible, and it also blocks any future purchase. Almost everything people file chargebacks over gets sorted in a ticket within a day.
We aim to reply within 24 hours. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and typically land in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
